The Challenge
Outcomes
Huawei has many B2B product lines —— IT, Cloud, logistics, finance, etc, spanning across sectors like 5G, finance, cloud, and energy.
With AI sweeping through the tech industry, every product line is "all-in AI", significantly changing their design paradigms. Since each product line has its own design team, this AI wave has led to many inconsistencies in design and a bit of chaos.
📔 Unified AI Design Guidelines
Analyze each product line's needs to develop flexible design guidelines that address brand image, visual design, and interaction models, ensuring overall design consistency for AI design paradigms.
🧩 Standardized AI Component Library
Build a standardized AI component library to accommodate the common use cases across product lines and reduce development costs.
🕰 Workshops & Office Hour
Facilitate regular workshops and DS office hour to solve use case inquiries from various design teams, improving overall compatibility.
🛠 Implementation follow-up
Check on the implementation status of various product lines after adoption.
